Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your relationship with XoyaSync, including the XoyaSync platform, community, and mobile application. XoyaSync is a product of Virtue Xolutions.
1. Subscription, Trial, and Refund Policy
Most XoyaSync plans operate on a monthly or annual subscription basis and auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions when applicable. Pricing may be revised with prior notice.
Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within 15 days and annual plans within 30 days, excluding processing fees. One-time add-ons are non-refundable.
2. Child Safety Standards Policy
XoyaSync enforces a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation. Prohibited activity includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and exploitation. Violations may lead to immediate account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.
Reports can be submitted to hello@xoyasync.com. We comply with applicable child safety regulations and cooperate with relevant authorities.
